Privacy Policy

Your privacy matters. Here's exactly how we handle your data—spoiler alert: we barely handle it at all, and that's by design.

🔒 Privacy-First Promise

Your meeting data stays on YOUR device. We don't track, store, or sell your information. Everything happens locally in your browser—because your workplace suffering is nobody else's business.

What We Collect (Spoiler: Almost Nothing)

Unlike most web applications, Survive the Meeting is designed with privacy as the core principle. Here's the complete list of what we might collect:

Essential Data (Always Collected)

Analytics Data (Only With Your Consent)

Optional Data (Only If You Choose)

How We Protect Your Data

Our protection strategy is simple: we don't have your data to protect. But here's how we ensure what little we do handle stays secure:

Your Privacy Controls

You have complete control over your data. Here are the tools we provide:

GDPR Compliance & Your Rights

We're fully compliant with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and respect your data rights:

Your Rights Under GDPR

Data Retention

Meeting history is automatically deleted after 30 days to minimize data retention. Your current session data is deleted immediately when you end a meeting.

When We Might Share Data (Spoiler: We Don't)

The short answer: we don't share your personal data. Period. Here's the longer answer:

Why We Built It This Way

Most productivity apps collect vast amounts of personal data. We think that's backwards. Your meeting suffering shouldn't become someone else's business intelligence.

By keeping everything local, we eliminate privacy risks, reduce security concerns, and give you complete control over your data. It's better for you, and honestly, it's less work for us.

We believe privacy should be the default, not a premium feature. Your workplace pain is personal, and it should stay that way.

Questions About Privacy?

If you have questions about this privacy policy or how we handle data, we're happy to help. Remember: we can't access your meeting data even if we wanted to—it's all stored locally on your device.

For privacy-related questions or to report concerns, you can reach out through our standard communication channels. We'll respond promptly and transparently.
